I will listen to your goals and provide you with nutritional education and tools to assist in removing the confusion along the way. You will have an initial consultation where I get to know all about you, including your eating patterns, exercise routine, and medical history. Together we will set achievable and timely goals.

The Food
I will aim to understand your food restrictions, likes/dislikes, and allergies prior to preparing any meal plans and can be flexible to suit your requirements. Together we will broaden your palate.

The Plan
Together we formulate a meal plan suited to your individual needs, and as you progress we may tweak the initial plan to compliment your improvement and newfound interest in nutrition, giving you the freedom to experiment yourself.
