Why not attend your nutrition consultation in a park close to home? Each walk and talk consultation is personalised to you, commencing with a mindfulness activity followed by a walk at a leisurely pace and finished with take home strategies.

During the walk we discuss areas of your nutrition and lifestyle which are working well and those you require some guidance with. Walk and talk consultations can be included into your normal consultation program or as a stand-alone option.

You do not need to ‘lycra up’ or purchase any special sporting equipment, simply turn up and we’ll begin our outdoor catch-up. I have a no judgement environment so no matter your age, gender, ability, or lifestyle, I can help answer your questions.

I Meet You

I understand that everyone has different schedules, capabilities, and limitations which is why I’m happy to meet you at a location where you feel comfortable to walk whilst we chat. Once we’ve agreed on a location within the Perth metro area (unless otherwise agreed) we’ll head off on foot together and discuss the ins and outs of your progress, how you’re feeling, and general chit-chat.

Walk and Talk

Designed to get you outdoors in a relaxed informal setting, my walk and talk consultation is one-on-one but can be adapted to include support people, children, and dog walking. I get it! Those of you who need to have some sort of distraction to break the anxiety of meeting or doing something new, walk and talk is also for you. So, leash up your fur-baby and combine walking your dog with your health and wellbeing consultation.

The short answer is yes. Be aware that we will be discussing your personal health and wellbeing during this activity. Walk and Talk is a holistic approach to nutrition and healthy lifestyle although it appears informal, the information is structured to you as an individual and this will be the topic of the walk.

I would suggest not having walk and talk consultations as your primary mode but as an extra to your pre-paid parcel of consultations or include them into your parcel at intervals. There are many advantages to outdoor movement as are there many advantages to the conventional consultation.
